How does billing work?

Standard and Advanced are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime; Enterprise is annual. Applicable taxes are added on your invoice.

Do I need to replace my ATS?

No. NThread starts on one role and plugs into your existing ATS as you scale — no rip-and-replace.

Do you offer refunds?
